In an effort to to deliver a premium brand experience at every touchpoint, Herman Miller partnered with Case to develop its co-branding solution for its certified dealers. Engaging in field research and an analysis of the brand’s North American dealer network, Case built a co-branding strategy and created a set of customizable tools that solidified the dealers’ association with the Herman Miller brand and increased customer engagement.
